CLIENT: THIS WAS THE LAST PROJECT THAT AMAD DOUDAR DESIGNED WHILST EMPLOYED WITH B.S.H.A.
DESCRIPTION: TEN STORY MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING, ARCHITECTURALLY DESIGNED TO LOOK LIKE FOUR STORY BUILDING IN ORDER TO BE COMPATIBLE WITH OTHER SURROUNDING HOSPITAL BUILDINGS. CONCRETE TOPPING FLOORS ON COMPOSITE METAL DECKS ON COMPOSITE STEEL BEAMS WITH RIGID MOMENT AND BRACED STEEL FRAMES ON DRILLED CAISSON FOUNDATIONS. 

ADJACENT AND CONNECTED TO IT, IS A FIVE STORY PARKING STRUCTURE WITH A BASEMENT, ARCHITECTURALLY DESIGNED TO APPEAR AS AN INHABITABLE BUILDING. CONCRETE TOPPING FLOORS ON 50' SPAN DOUBLE-TEES ON PRE-CAST CONCRETE STRUCTURE WITH CAST IN PLACE CONCRETE SHEAR WALLS.
